The Dark was my first band, but it wasn't just a group of musicians who got together to make music. We actually learned how to play our instruments during the initial years. We started off knowing very little, and we spent a lot of those early writing sessions wishing we knew how to write better songs. The five songs here are a sample of what we created, and when I listen to them today, I realize that sometimes you don't need to know how ... in order to do something.
